WORLD SHUTTLE Operates in accordance to the rules and regulations as defined under the Act 92-645 of July 1992 of France .
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are made 48 hours in advance before the transfer date. You could also make reservations the same day by phone or mail with the condition of availability.
TRANSFERS: Pick-ups to the airport are made in logical order. Our chauffeurs may make up to three passenger pick-up stops par transfer. Transfers to or from the airport may take up to 90 minutes depending on your pickup point and the road traffic
CANCELLATION: Cancellations of transfers are taken into account only if they are made 24 H before the transfer. WORLD SHUTTLE takes not responsibility for missed check-in.
DELAYS: For departing clients their Pick-up time should be respected. For reasons of respect and punctuality towards the other passengers, our drivers can only wait about 5 minutes for departing clients who are late. WORLD SHUTTLE is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings; any found objects will be retained at the promises of the company.
Purchase of Product: All our services are payable in Euros. Payments can be made either in cash directly at time of pick-up or in advance by credit card through this website. All payments must be made in full before the required services are rendered. If you provide us with your credit or debit card information, you authorize World Shuttle Sarl to automatically charge the card for payments corresponding to the services you have ordered. World Shuttle does not have any direct access to your card details. All payments are charged through a secure PayPal SSL independent system.
